Firstly, the steel pipe is welded together and then overall hot dip galvanization, which make sure the steel pipe without bur and more anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistant, increasing service life. Besides small holes in the pipe, is designed specially for galvanizing the pipe both inside and outside, and the tube wall thickness reaches to 2.5mm, making firmer. However, Other suppliers just have 1.5mm, and they are galvanized directly steel pipe and then welded together for save cost , that leads to welds corroded easily, broken and reduce its service time.
